Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

You may request an exchange if:

  • The dress has any problem

  • The item is damaged

  • The item received is not the same as shown on the website

  • The fabric/material is different from what was mentioned

  • The size you received is not the size you ordered

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is any defect

We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.


No Refunds

We offer exchanges only — no refunds.
If you want a different item, simply request an exchange within 7 days.
